IEEE Pervasive Computing has issued a call for papers on RFID. The Deadlinelinks for submitting papers is September 1, 2005.

Here is what they are looking for:
"IEEE Pervasive Computing invites articles about the use and integration of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies into pervasive computing applications. We welcome papers that focus on novel RFID technologies and applications as well as the integration of RFID technologies with mobile devices and their supporting systems. We also encourage surveys of available technologies, and reporting on user experiences."
