Where will RFID have the highest rate of adoption in 2009?

In the beginning of the year 2009, I was thinking about a question for a while which needs your participation: Where do you think RFID will have the highest rate of adoption in 2009? and why?

I thought it would be nice to do a bit of a trend analysis and forecasting exercise with you to a have a more educated guess so what do you think? Will it be in Health Care? Retail? Or....

My views come from personal experience after getting a new passport with an RFID chip. Having had identity theft issues in the past I searched for RFID Blocking Passports and found one at http://www.rfiddenied.com
I feel that protection from illegal access to rfid chips is going to be an issue this next year

I think the rental marked will take the lead in 2009, due to the fact that we already have so many business cases in that area showing a good ROI, With RFID the rental industri can low the inventory levels in a year for more than the cost of RFID system.
