View virtual badges when you admire yourself in the mirror

Filed in archive Implementation by gautam on September 24, 2007

Now this looks interesting. Have a look!! Here is this Badge Collector/ Magic Mirror on which University of London students have been working on. Whenever a person walks up to the mirror the personal profile data gets translated visually into badges in the mirror imagelinks.

The badges get virtually displayed on the body. One will be able to visualize digital information such as your contacts or buddy list from the database of PICNIC. These guys are deploying RFID to make this possible. People would surely enjoy watching themselves in the mirror and at the same time view virtual information related to them.
