One industry executive says to look for:
Expanded Wal-Mart, Target and Marks and Spencer pilots.

Improvements in speed, coverage and reliability of RFID systems.

A big effort by vendors and integrators to standardize and simplify RFID Implementation.

Industry merger and acquisition activity will pick up in 2006 as the market enters the next phase of growth.
