It comes with high performing 300MHz ARM9 32bit processor and a 2.8 " TFT, QVGA Colour LCD with touch screen and has integrated 64MB RAM and 128MB Flash Memory which works with robust business applications. It comes installed with Windows CE 5.0 professional edition.
