Even military forces are realizing the importance of RFID and this time it is the turn of Spanish Armed Forces or SAF to use RFID network and software platform which could be interoperable with similar network solutions which have been deployed by NATO and other allied defense forces. Now SAF and NATO would be able to automatically track and manage national and multi national joint force consignments throughout middle eastlinks, Europe and other places in the world.

Savi Consignment Management Solution (CMS) installed the RFID platform which consists of data rich active tags, handheld and fixed reader kits which are based on a highly configurable system which uses dual frequencies for spot level and wide area locating of consignments and supply chain assets. The implementation would certainly benefit this technology and put it in the right frame.
