Smart RFID Poker Table to weed out cheats

You love playing a game of poker but are you aware that a number of gamblers tend to act smart and use their misdirection and slight of hands for increasing their bets but all this could become history if RFID technology is brought into the game. This is what students of Perdue University are trying to accomplish who have come together and created a Smart RFID Poker Table which can keep a tab as to where the chips have been placed on the table and at the end of the day all this is also expected to simplify the gaming experience. The table will be tracking the movement of the poker chipslinks and use the generated data for informing players about the state of the game. It will also be recording statistics on web page for future references. Probably cheaters would have to look for some other means of generating income from now on!!

Thnx Alan
