Site Announcements

Just a couple of quick announcements about this site:

• Book Giveaway: We have a winner of the RFID book giveaway! We selected the winner using our audited, world-class drawing procedure (ahem... I printed out all the entries, brought in my cat Sparky, and the first one he put his paw on was declared the winner).
  
  And the winner is... Karthik Thyagaraja. Congratulations, Karthik. The book will be mailed today.


• Blogroll: I spent some time this morning updating the sidebar over to the right. There are a couple of new RFID sites on the blogroll, and some URL changes -- do check out all the sites under the heading "Other Good Sites." And if you have an RFID-related blog that you would like me to consider for the blogroll, please leave a comment below and I will happily take a look.


• RFID Events: The Events calendar to the right has been updated, also. There were a couple of changes, including one change of venue from New Orleans (for obvious reasons) to Atlanta, and some date changes. I added a few new events, as well.
  
  As always, if you have an RFID event you would like us to include on the calendar, please email me. And please make it easy on me by including a URL in your email for the event information page -- it saves me time and I truly appreciate it.
