This is for all the fitness freaks. Next time when you visit your fitness club you might come across the RFID Wristband based networked solution from Casio which will help you keep a better watch on your training regime. Dubbed as the Mobile Check-Fit system one can keep a tab on their training sessions, check health parameters with an analyzer or even maintain health records on a PDA station.

Details are still not available as to whether this solution would be sold outside Japan or not. Besides RFID there is another technology which has found a place in this solution - a VoIP client has been included in the PDA mounted on the fitness machine using which one can communicate with the trainer and get all their queries answered on the spot. It's a cool solution for all those people who would like to follow the correct exercise regimen and stay in shape for ever.
