RFID Passports Mean Convenience

Konomi over at RFID in Japan wonders aloud whether he will forget about privacy concerns in exchange for an extra hour and a half of sleep.

He reports that Narita Airport in Japan will start a test pilot program that allows travelers carrying an RFID biometriclinks passport to arrive a half hour before an international flight, rather than 2 hours. He thinks that extra hour and a half of sleep would make him give up his privacy concerns....
