RFID ensures you get to taste authentic Cabrales cheese
The situation gets a bit cheesy out here. I am talking about the famous Queso Cabrales which is a strong leaf wrapped bleu cheese manufactured using a blend of vow and goat milk and ripened in the mountains to impart its authentic acidic flavor. The best thing about this cheese is that it is produced in natural settings and that too in selected quantities. As I am writing about it my taste buds have already started feeling the taste of this wonderful cheese and in order to ensure that the best of the product is delivered to the customers European researchers have turned to RFID to make this a possibility.

In order to make certain that quality product is delivered to the customers' pilots are being conducted where tags are being attached to Queso Cabrales in the first stage of production and since the cheese is liquid in the early stage button RFID tags have been used to overcome the challenge. After the final product gets delivered to the stores RFID tags are removed after being read and the data collected is maintained in a database accessible to people interested since it gives a satisfaction to the customer that they are getting to taste the authentic Cabrales cheese.
