RFID enabled retail display comes to the rescue of troubled companies
Even in these days of global recession there is somebody who is still working hard to achieve positive growth. Wondering where you can get hold of this guy so that you can give him a counter offer? Let me clear the air that it's not a human being rather technology which is encouraging people to purchase even in these times of 'empty 'pockets.

An RFID enabled retail display has been installed at the House of Fraser in London where as soon as the RFID tagged product is picked by a prospective customer, video footage starts playing on screen suggesting recommendations for accompanying products. At the same moment customer interaction gets recorded by display software which enables companies to collect important data as to which product generated maximum interest from customer and whether that interest was potent enough to guide the customer to the checkout counter or not.

I think technology will certainly come handy in these times of recession where almost every other company is facing big time trouble trying to bring their ends together!!
