RFID Breakthrough Awards 2006 Nominations Open
Nominations have been opened for the RFID Breakthrough Awards, 2006 which would be presented at a gala dinner evening on November 8th at the Banqueting House, Whitehall. The award would be recognizing the success of companies worldwide who are using RFID technology whether in initial pilot stage or full RFID rollout.

This year seven categories have been selected which includes the best Pilot Award and Integration Award along with other categories such as implementation, business impact, ROI and RFID visionary.

The elite judging panel comprises of Dr Peter Harrop (Chairman IDTechEx), David Lyon (Business Manager, GS1UK), Chris Rezendes (Vice President, Venture Development Corporation), Neco Can (Vice President, Attevo), Ivano Ortis (Progam Manager, IDC), Nigel Montgomery (European Research Director, AMR Research), and Ed Cowley (Director, RFID Centre).

Nominations can be made from RFID vendors or RFID end users and can be made by completing the information form at www.rfidawards.com. The closing date for this is September 29th, 2006.
