If you work in a mobile profession then get Tool Link for your vehicle
Are you deployed in high pressure jobs which leave no time for you to think? With a preoccupied brain it becomes difficult to keep tab of everything in your busy schedule and realizing this problem Ford, the car company is offering an optional RFID solution Tool Link which deploys the onboard computer system of the vehicle to create an inventory of items which are supposed to be on vehicle when you need them.

Along with the solution fifty RFID tags are offered which can be applied to the equipment or tools and the RFID scanners attached to the vehicle detect whether every item has been properly replaced on the vehicle or not and updates the data on the computer of the car accordingly. This enables the driver to quickly scan through all items without having to move around. Tool Link is available for $1,120 and is an option on Ford trucks. This may appear as costly at first but do consider about the expensive equipments you carry along in your truck and is a small price to take care of them.

In case you work in a mobile profession such as field engineer, location photographer or construction contractor then this RFID solution could certainly come handy.
