There is also a hidden number pad to enter the PIN code if one doesn't have the passcard. It raises an alarm if somebody happens to break in and it re-locks itself if one unlocks it and then for some reason don't open the door.
The keypad would be enough but I believe that the RFID card would provide an extra layer of security. The Doorcap Smart is available for $249. Try it out if you want to make your home a lot safer.
Given below are the features that I found at gadgethome:
-Digital Door Lock with 2 convenient usage modes
RFID Passcard [6 provided]
Pin Code
-Stylish and Modern design
-Automatic/Manual Locking Modes Configurable
-Automatic Re-Locking if not opened
-Internal Forced Lock when family is home
-External Forced Lock to prevent unauthorized opening through mail slot
-Loud Alarm Function in event of break- in
-Durable Rim Lock System
-Hidden Sliding Cover for Number Pad
-Battery Change Notification
-Emergency Temporary Power Supply through 9V battery
-Non-erasure of Key/PIN during Battery Change [Stored in ROM]
