I earlier too have talked about toys using technology such as the HyperScan and Sniff which incorporate RFID and continuing with the trend of technology being used in toys here is another game which uses RFID. Dubbed as Hyper Dash, this timed racing game from Wild Planet utilizes RFID for tracking location of the child on a course and is defined using hockey-puck-size targets which need to be placed in an open space.

The game has a battery operated tagger which senses the target closest to it and gives out voice commands while being carried through the course. With various numbers and colors, the targets enable a variety of game modes which might deal with directions or simple Arithmetic. Along with it the multiplayer relay race enables children to pass transmitter back and forth for comparing time schedules. The game is priced at $ 30 and will be available within a few months. Certainly it would offer a fun filled experience to the kids.
