How about a tablet PC equipped with RFID technology? Motion Computing has come up with its F5 slate tablet PC which is aimed at people working in the area of construction, manufacturing, government and field service.

This semi rugged tablet PC comes equipped with barcode scanner, digital camera, View Anywhere outdoor display, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, built in handle and RFID reader for reading the tags.
