Nowadays if you venture into gyms you will find most of the men and women wearing RFID tagged wristbands which after completion of their daily workout enables them to find out how well they fared out and whether they were matching the standards set or not. At the end of the training session it gives them information regarding the reps completed, muscle targeted and calories burnt on the screen in front of them. This gives a fair bit of idea whether they need to push themselves harder to get back in shape within the targets set by them or not. So the next time you go to the gym do wear an RFID wrist band if you are on a lookout for some impressive results on your body.

I was amazed when I first saw this wrist band. My friend Jerry was in the gym that he just joined and he told me about this and I had to see it for myself.
It seems like a good way to track your workout but the jury is still out since I have not tried it myself yet.
