China to Release RFID White Book
China's RFID Technology and Policy White Book would be formally released in two weeks. The book has been drafted by fourteen Chinese ministries including the Ministry of Information Industry under the aegis of Ministry of Science and Technology. It contains guidelines about China's RFID development.

The white book contains information about China's creation of an RFID nationallinks standard and establishing standards system, RFID product development and base construction, international technology exchanges and co-operation on RFID technology. The white book is mainly concerned with chalking out a coherent RFID national standard for development of RFID in China.

China has really got serious about RFID development, it seems and others in the field of RFID development must pull up their socks as China has always been known to make rapid strides in any fields it has chosen to make its mark.
