Blue Vectorlinks has announced the opening of its India Center in Bangalore. Through the Indian center, the company would be expanding its engineering and design teams as well as advancing its overseas sales and marketing efforts.

As per Mr. Sridhar Ranganathan, M.D., Blue Vector India:

The expansion in India will allow the company to work on the product line literally around the clock, and to be in direct contact with potential international customers without the delay of too many time zones.

Founded in 2002 by researchers and software engineers from Xerox's Palto Alto Research center and Yahoo, they pooled their knowledge for creating a truly unique product offering for quickly creating and managing large sensor based networks. The company is headquartered in Palto Alto, California and its customer base includes manufacturers, distributors, retailers, logistics and life sciences firm.
