Implementation

Under the system every registered vehicle in the country would be assigned a unique identification number which would be fed in the centralized vehicle database and they will be receiving a RFID embedded windshield sticker which would send information back to the database.
Bermuda has the world's highest density per square mile of motor traffic therefore this system would really come to the rescue of the traffic department and those of you who feel that it could be a privacy threat need not worry as the authorities would only be tracking vehicle information. So incase you are driving in Bermuda don't mess on its roads otherwise a ticket awaits you.
