Act Sober With RFID World Cup Tickets
Are you prone to ticket scalping and hooliganism? Do you have a previous history of causing havoc at World Cup matches? Then probably it is not the right time for you to attend World Cup matches in Germany. More than three million tickets have been chipped with RFID for the special event.

For getting the tickets fans have to provide their details which is checked against known hooligans and is also used for separating fans of opposing teams in order to reduce any untoward incidences. Security personnel would be equipped for checking the tickets against the fan's passport or ID.

Probably the passion for the game would overpower the need for protection of privacy and I hope that the fans won't mind as this is being done to keep the spirit of the game alive. By the way the information collected would be destroyed after the curtainslinks come down on the world's largest sporting event, so there is no need to worry.
